Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Glorelle purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, and beauty tools cannot be returned.
