We want your Glorelle order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
Once you place your order, we prepare it within 1–3 business days. We don't process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery
We ship internationally to over 170 countries worldwide. After your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes between 7–20 business days depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and promise it's worth the wait.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. It can take a few days for tracking to update, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
A Note on Delays
Occasionally, things like customs processing or high demand can cause delays outside of our control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
